Brief about Antoine Lewis

Antoine is referred as the Curly Haired Cook who apart from being a food writer is a head of a Literary Fest (Mumbai), weekly goes on air on a radio show in Mumbai itself and talk about food.

Antoine’s take on the term ‘Foodie’

On being asked his view on the millennial’s term ‘Foodie’, he asserts that it is an overrated term and is purely based on Food Consumption.

The culture, history and politics behind any dish intrigues him and his love for food is completely based on that. He likes to know about the authentic history of a dish, and in a diverse country like India, the food culture across the country is discrete; and that the caste system plays an important role in the variety of food consumption across the country.
